Cold Weather Policy

If the air temperature falls below -10° Fahrenheit or the wind chill temperature falls below -20° Fahrenheit, all walks will be downgraded to an Express Walk (20 min @ $25) for the safety of the walker and the animals. Cancellations due to extreme weather will be fully refunded.

Equipment Policy

No Dog Left Behind’s priority is the safety and well being of all pets we walk. For that reason, we are unable to walk dogs using certain types of equipment including:

• Retractable leashes

• Prong collars without a flat collar

• Slip leads

• Overly torn/damaged/frayed leashes

• Ill-fitted harnesses

If your current equipment includes any of the listed above, there are a few options to choose from before walks can begin.

1) You can choose to purchase new equipment - No Dog Left Behind is more than happy to offer help or recommendations!

2) No Dog Left Behind can do all the work for you! We can go over any preferences and your budget but then we’ll purchase your equipment for you. Reimbursement is due within 14 days.

3) No Dog Left Behind has a small supply of equipment that we are able to bring along on walks. Availability of this gear is not guaranteed and use is intended to be temporary. We strongly recommend purchasing your own.
